I began searching for a home in August 2005, and I was uncertain if I was ready to purchase a home but I found something that caught my eye. I contacted the listing agent and spoke with the agent. Little did I know that person would change my life and change it in such a great way!

I met Whitney Rich one afternoon to review the details of the property and other listings and it all began from there. Within a few short months we viewed many properties and the average realtor would have gotten a little frustrated because I had not made a selection. Not Whitney! He knew just I wanted, and he was not about to suggest that I settle for anything less. Whitney worked overtime in assisting me find the perfect home! Each time I called him he was more than willing to communicate information regarding the entire process.

Whitney worked diligently with me day and night to make sure I got the home I wanted. I cannot believe someone so gifted and dedicated came into my life to assist me with the most important decision I would ever make. I always thought that buying a home was a decision made by the buyer and the realtor was there to make a commission. Not Success Realty! Whitney was always there with answers to questions, and if he did not know the answer he researched and found the answer. Whitney was more concerned about making me happy than he was about making money. At no time did he attempt to raise my budget goal, nor did he ever attempt to persuade me to purchase something I could not afford.

I know that I will definitely use Success Realty again! I am so blessed to have met Whitney and the Success Realty team, they are a top class firm who goes out of their way to make the clients happy. They have to make money, but they are more concerned with the happiness of their clients and that makes a major difference, because having someone who thinks about your needs and not about how they are going to benefit is extremely important when making a decision to purchase a home.
